Registration

Author registration

All authors (including students) must register by April 24, 2009 at the full rate to have their paper published in the Proceedings. For authors presenting multiple papers, one registration is valid for up to two papers.

Authors of papers accepted for the Int’l Workshop on IPTV Technologies and Multidisciplinary Applications (IWITMA’09) may register at Workshop-only rate only if not attending the conference. 

In order for the paper to be published we must have received your payment (not just the registration form) by the date above.

For student registration, proof of student status is required. The fax number is +385 1 6129 832.

Registration procedure

The last date for early registration is Friday, April 24, 2009. Please note that registration is not complete until payment is received.

Please print the Registration Form below and fill the required information. Mark the means of payment on the form. If you are paying by credit card, fill in the credit card information. Sign the form and send it by fax to the number on the form. If you are paying by bank transfer, please also attach the copy of the bank receipt. If you are requesting a student or IEEE rate, please attach the required documents as listed below.

Registration fees

The registration fees are listed in the table below. All prices are in Euros (EUR). Participants from Croatia may pay the Registration fee in local currency, the Croatian Kuna (HRK).

⁽¹⁾ A copy of the IEEE membership card as a proof of IEEE membership is required. Special rate for IEEE Life Members: Full registration at student rate (200 EUR).

⁽²⁾ A copy of student ID or index (proof of enrollment in current semester) as a proof of student status is required.

Full registration includes: (a) access to all ConTEL 2009 sessions including IWITMA’09 workshop, (b) one copy of the Proceedings and CD-ROM, (c) coffee breaks, (d) lunches on June 8 and June 9, (e) one conference dinner ticket.

Workshop IWITMA'09 Only registration includes: (a) access to all IWITMA’09 workshop sessions (only June 9) (b) one copy of the Proceedings and CD-ROM, (c) coffee breaks, (d) lunch (e) one conference dinner ticket.

Detailed payment instructions

Registration fees may be paid by:

• Accepted credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Diners and American Express
  
• Bank transfer (without any charges for the recipient)
• Cash (on-site registration ONLY)

PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD

1. Fill in, print and sign the registration form.
   
2. Fax the form to +385 1 61 29 832.

PAYMENT VIA BANK TRANSFER

1. Fill in, print and sign the registration form.
2. Complete the payment procedure with your bank and have the bank transfer receipt (proof of payment) ready. Make sure there are no charges to recipient.
3. Fax the form and the bank receipt to +385 1 61 29 832.
   PROOF OF PAYMENT MUST BE FAXED AT THE SAME TIME. (This must be received by early registration deadline, for the early registration rate to apply.)
   

NO OTHER MEANS OF PAYMENT WILL BE ACCEPTED.

PLEASE NOTE: For payment by credit card, the transaction processing will be done in Croatian Kuna (HRK). The exchange rate between the transaction currency and the billing currency used for processing international transactions is determined by the credit card company. Thus, the amount actually charged to your credit card may differ slightly from the announced registration fee due to the variations in EUR / HRK exchange rates.

Cancellation Policy: All refund/cancellation requests must be provided in writing and received by May 10, 2009. Cancellations will incur a 100 € administrative fee. No refunds can be provided after this date.
