Author's checklist
Please follow the following steps:
- Revise your paper based on reviewers' comments. Please make sure to perform all required paper corrections before submitting the final version. The final version will be proofread to assure that the required changes have been included and that the paper conforms to the final submission guidelines.
- Prepare a camera-ready paper according to layout guidelines under Paper format. (If you followed the prescribed document styles for the initial submission, it should be OK.)
- Check the created PDF for IEEE Xplore®-compatibility and forward the confirmation mail received from the IEEE PDF eXpress™ tool to
(publication@contel.hr).
As of April 29, EDAS upload is no longer possible. All final papers should be forwarded together with PDF eXpress confirmation to the e-mail address above.
PLEASE NOTE that PDF eXpress is NOT a paper submission service, so it can not be retrieved by us in any way. - Print, sign, and fax your Copyright Transfer Agreement.
- Register for the conference. Please note that to complete the registration we must receive your payment by due date as well.
For accepted papers, steps 1-5 must have been completed by early registration deadline (April 24) in order for the paper to be included in the conference proceedings.
For conditionally accepted papers and papers accepted for the Special session on OWA, steps 4-5 must be completed no later than Wednesday May 6 in order for the paper to be included in the conference proceedings. - Make travel and accommodation arrangements. If you need a visa, please apply for it well in advance (travel and visa requirements).
- Keep an eye on preliminary program and time schedule as you prepare your presentation. All accepted papers will be presented in oral sessions.

IEEE Comsoc Policy
All ConTEL 2009 technical paper presenters including students must register at the FULL rate. For authors presenting multiple papers, one such registration is valid for up to two papers.
All Workshop on IPTV Technologies and Multidisciplinary Applications technical paper presenters including students must register at the WORKSHOP or FULL rate. For authors presenting multiple papers, one such registration is valid for up to two papers.
Authors must be registered by April 24, 2009.
Papers for which either of the required items (final paper, PDF check confirmation, copyright transfer agreement, completed registration form, paid full registration fee) would be missing as of April 24, 2009, will NOT be included in the conference proceedings.
